What do we need to bring?
We provide all necessary bedding, bowls, food, toileting trays etc. Electric heat pads are provided during the colder winter months.
If your cat is on a specific diet then you need to bring that along with you. You are also welcome to bring along a familiar piece of bedding or clothing as this often helps pussy settle.
Does my cat need to be vaccinated?
Yes, most definitely. Your Veterinarian will provide you with documented confirmation of your cat’s vaccination status and we will need to view that upon arrival.
What do you feed my cat?
We feed a variety of dry and wet foods to suit even the most selective of palates. If your cat is on a prescription diet or a special feeding regime, you will need to supply that.
Do you administer medication?
We will administer medication to cats that are receptive. Any medication must be properly labelled clearly stating the prescribed dosage and in the name of the cat being medicated.
Where a cat is aggressive, difficult and/or non-receptive a Veterinary based boarding facility would be more appropriate.
My cat is quite timid!
Initial anxiety is not unusual and usually passes once the cat becomes confident with us and its environment. This can take 24hrs or a little longer depending upon the cat’s nature.
We do have quieter options for particularly anxious or timid cats.
Long stays?
Discounts apply to long duration stays. We consider a long stay to be 3 months duration or greater.

We are open 7 days a week for Arrivals and Departures. Cattery viewing and phone calls during the following hours:
Mon - Sat: 8:00 – 10:00am & 4:00 – 6:00pm
Sunday: 4:00 – 6:00pm only
